Darryl joined around ten months ago, right at the beginning of his trading journey. Like many new traders, he made mistakes and experienced setbacks while learning that becoming a trader does not happen overnight.
What stood out was his consistency. He kept learning, kept showing up and continued building his knowledge through the education and support around him.
Over time, his confidence and understanding of the markets developed. He became able to trade profitably and manage his positions with greater understanding.
His journey eventually expanded beyond his own trading. He began building his own team and helping others start their journey too, eventually leaving his full-time job and becoming a full-time IB.
Today, Darryl’s full-time career is as an IB. His story is one of learning, consistency, effort and development, not overnight success.
